Teamsters Local Union 284 is pleased to announce the 2019 Teamsters Joint Council No. 41 winner of the $1,000 College Tuition Scholarship is Wolfgang Graff. Wolfgang is currently attending Miami University and is the son of Connie Graff, a stock clerk and member employed by NetJets Aviation.
